Michael Cohen Milloy BIT MSc. is an Information Technology Communications (ICT) specialist in Systems Engineering with (currently) 33 years of international experience spanning 20 countries. Having designed systems for Government and large corporations internationally, he has a broad and in-depth knowledge base spanning multiple disciplines across ICT, especially at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. His knowledge of corporate governance, operations, strategic and risk management, procedural troubleshooting, and navigating uncertainty allows him to analyze systems and identify problems and new operational efficiencies, streamlining organizations through systems engineering.
From 2007 to 2019, Michael resided in China (12 years), where he grew his multinational company and established a research and development center (2007) and later an electronics manufacturing factory (2008). At the company’s peak, 352 people were employed before he exited China in 2019.
Through these experiences, he has a unique perspective on authoritarianism and how it has always been the adversary of freedom-loving people.
